Article Title: Renewable Energy Not Growing as Fast as Necessary Reports Say
Source: National Geographic
This article is about the fact that the progress to switch from nonrenewable sources of energy to renewable sources has stalled. There are several reasons for the slowing including a lack of global investment in energy research. Currently a goal is set to limit the rise in global temperature to only 2 degrees before the end of this century. This slowing is certainly a setback in reaching this goal.
To illustrate this article I plan to juxtapose two or more images. One will consist of images that relate to renewable energy such as wind turbines, solar panels, etc. The other will consist of images related to road travel or traffic such as stop lights, backed up traffic, road signs, etc. These are probably the images that I will most likely shoot myself as they are abundant. Ideally I would like to use that imagery to capture the sense of frustration that being in traffic can bring.
