Wine or your Waistline?
My article talks about the effects of drinking wine as a healthy and positive manner but also the down falls of going about drinking that can wreak havic on your metabolism. As it says drinking through out the week is better on the weight and body in general then not drinking for the weekdays then binge drinking in one night on the weekend. Apparently since alcohal is considered an empty calorie your body has to work twice as hoard to break it down, putting regular metabolism at a slower pace and regular food gets stored as fat. It suggests drinking water between drinks, eating while drinking, and before going to bed, to revive your metabolism eat a protein/ fiber rich snack.
For my project it all really depends on the image selected for me to decide whether what should be photographed and what will be illustrated. There are good possibilities either way.
