Cornered jewelry thief swallows diamond ring

 I have chosen an article about a gentlemen who attempted to steal a diamond ring. However, when he realized the doors of the store were locked, he decided to swallow the princess cut diamond. He was still stuck inside the store however. The police have him in custody at a hospital and are waiting for the diamond to pass. 

 My idea for eight by ten illustration will probably begin with a solid black outline of a male's body. I will take an image of someone and create a solid silhouette in Illustrator. I will try to take a picture of a ring that will be floating inside the silhouette (in the stomach area). I might include leg or hand cuffs in the silhouette to show the criminal act. In the background I imagine a photograph (that I would take) of the jewelry cases we would find in those stores. However I want to highly posterize this image. I want it to seem pretty flat, using white and another bright color. I guess I have a picture of it in my head that I can't quite bring to words. I will try my best to translate that into Photoshop. I really want to focus on using non-destructive methods this time as well as the smart object tool.
