For my research i chose this WPA poster for Montana. The reason why i chose this poster was first the symbolism on the teepee caught my eye and that relates with how the Native Americans viewed the land as a gift. Also the color scheme has warm tones which make it feel inviting. Another thing i liked about this poster was its use of space, such as for-ground, middle-ground, and background. Although it may appear flat due to a lack of shadowing, the mountains in the back with river in the center and teepee in front give a feeling of there is much to see.
My other research includes the national parks of Hawaii.
